Yep, still living in the hole! One of investigators is stuck to her catholic faith. She just likes parts of the gospel, but is not interested in learning about everything the gospel has to offer. Even when we taught with such power! (
So E. has been coming to church for about a year and a half and had
not been baptized. I thought he had been a member forever but he hasn't. His
father separated from his mother a long time ago.
I guess he lives with
his dad. E was baptized because his dad does not want him
to become like his older brother who is a crack head. E. is one of the
greatest sun-rays in our days! The exciting thing that happened this
week with him was that he was out of town for basically the whole
week. We were not positive if he was going to get baptized or not
because well he had not been taught everything. That Saturday we taught
him the Plan of Salvation. He was interviewed and then he was baptized oh yeah! He was baptized! It was awesome. He is so cool! He is a boss. He just makes our days better.
Read the scriptures together, mom I have seen how much it blesses families. I have seen the
devastating effects that it has if you do not read. It can tear a family
apart, it will cause more strife! Read together!
Being a missionary is fun!
