Cell Phone...

Last night I got a phone call from Aaron's companion's mother. She filled me in on some of the excitement on Monday evening. As the missionaries were transferring from Frontrunner to TRAX Elder Hogan, her son and Aaron's companion, left his backpack on Frontrunner. Once they realized this, the cellphone came in quiet handy. It allowed them to talk to the MTC and Elder Hogan's family. To make a long story short......the backpack was found, the MTC "oked" for the Hogans to pick it up at the Frontrunner station-this in itself was a little miracle- the backpack was not there and just as they were ready to leave to check another station a truck pulled up delivering the backpack. At the airport they were able to contact the missionaries via said cell phone. Aaron and Elder Hogan came back through security and got the backpack. Now, Debra Hogan had so many nice things to say about Aaron..... he is such a nice and polite young man, he was like a ray of sunshine, so put together and simply happy. When she remarked how both of their eyes were just shinning Aaron commented something along the lines of it is the brightness of the gospel of Christ shining through us...again... something like that... Anyway, crisis solved and yes, we do believe we were inspired to get him that phone! Our bonus... pictures of Aaron...
